CHAMPANGE VINAIGRETTE DRESSING for A La Carte School Lunch

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup sparkling white wine or other white wine
  • 1/4 cup champangn vinegar or ver jus
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon minced shallot
  • 1 teaspoon minced parsley
  • 1/4 cup EVOO
  • 1/4 cup grape seed or neutral non-GMO oil

Method:

Whisk together in a bowl or container with lid. Hold in refrigerator until needed.
